Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be notified of any significant delays when possible.


Shipping Time & Carriers

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, and other regional delivery partners.

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Delays, Lost, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, LeRoy’s Rocky Mountain is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

  • Please check with neighbors or household members
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.


International Shipping

At this time, we primarily ship within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, rates and delivery times may vary and could be subject to customs fees and import duties.
